Description of Service
PostZio provides an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and analyze content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). The Service includes free tools, premium features, and AI-assisted content generation.
Account Registration
To access certain features of PostZio, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@postzio.com if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.
User Conduct & Content
You are solely responsible for all content (text, images, videos) that you upload or publish via PostZio. You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Post content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or unauthorized advertisements.
- Use automation or bots in a way that violates the official APIs and terms of the platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) connected to your account.
AI Content Generation
PostZio utilizes artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. While we strive for high-quality output, we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or originality of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication to ensure it meets their brand standards and complies with legal requirements.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Billing: Premium features are available on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PostZio, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
